Last Laughlin PWC trip for the season

Katie and I ventured to Laughlin Sunday, September 16th, for our last Sea-Doo trip before it gets too cold. This is the Topock Canyon just below Needles, air was 89 degrees and water 79, super day and very few people on the water. Dinner was at the Riverside's Prime Rib Room

Monday we slept in late and did some chores around town, including a couple of the great drinks at the Sonic Drive In near the Bullhead High School.

Tuesday we went out on Lake Mojave, this was Katie in one of the fingers, note the flat water. It was super, very few people on the water and very smooth. Dinner was at the Outback inside the Aquarius resort.

Wednesday we hit the Colorado river down from Davis dam, it was very rough and windy (almost enough so we could shut off our engines and be blown back UP the river). After going down as far as Harrah's we quit and went back to the resort.

On the way we filled up with $2.89 diesel and $2.49 regular!

Thursday on the way back from Laughlin we stopped at the Bob's Big Boy in Barstow (near the outlet mall). Here's a fat guy with a fatter guy!
